This is your chance to see both a whale and a musk ox on one trip.
From Uummannaq, we sail about 126 kilometers north to Umiivik, where there is a good chance of seeing fin whales, minke whales, humpback whales, and other marine species.
We reach Umiivik after about three hours of sailing, and if we are lucky, we may catch a glimpse of musk oxen before we reach the coast. After a couple of hours in Umiivik, we sail back to Uummannaq.
Duration: 8 hours
Participants: Please note that the excursion will only take place if at least 4 tickets are booked in total. For example, if you book 2 tickets, at least 2 additional tickets must be sold to other customers before the trip can take place. A maximum of 6 people will participate.
Language: The guide/captain speaks Danish, English, and Greenlandic
