Join us for a visit to the very popular ”Qooqqut Nuan” Restaurant in Nuuk Fjord
The restaurant have a menu with several good opportunities. The popular one is “Fish & dish”. where you can catch your own fish (redfish or cod) and have it cooked by the chef at the restaurant. While your meal is being cooked you can enjoy a short walk in the beautiful surroundings.
Please note that the tour price covers the tour only, Cost of the restaurant visit is settled directly with Qooqqut Nuan.
Duration: Approx. 5 hours (2.5 on the boat – 2.5 hours on land)
Participants: Please note that the excursion will only take place if a minimum of 4 tickets are booked in total. For example, if you book 2 tickets, at least 2 additional tickets must be sold to other customers for the trip to proceed. A maximum of 12 people will participate.
Language: The guide/captain speaks English, Danish, and Greenlandic
Boats: Targa 25 (6 pax.) with toilet and Arronet 24,5 (6 pax.) without toilet
Boat Type: closed boat
Catering: Coffee and tea served aboard
Recommended Clothing: Warm clothes incl. hat, gloves all year. Sunglasses. Sunscreen during summer.
Note: You need a fishing license, if you are not a resident of Greenland.
You can buy a fishing license at the post office (Tusass).
