Take an exciting grouse hunt for grouse, behind the city's mountains.
The trip starts with a short snowmobile ride up into the mountains behind the town (approx. 15 min). From here we set up the snowmobiles and hike up into the mountains in search of grouse. With their white winter plumage, grouse can be difficult to spot. We must therefore be alert, quiet and ready to shoot when we hopefully spot them. After a few hours in the mountains, we return to the snowmobile and drive back to the city.
The trip takes approx. 2-3 hours.
It is an advantage to be in good shape, as it is hilly terrain we walk.
Remember warm clothes!
