Day Boat Tour to Tinit and Sermerlik Icefjord

We sail along the Ammassalik island through the beautiful landscape and pass floating ice, which has different sizes and shapes. Our first stop is after 1-2 hours of sailing, where we arrive at a small settlement called Tiniteqilaaq, which means “the strait that runs dry at low tide” in Greenlandic. Tiniteqilaaq has a view of Sermilikfjorden, which means “ice fjord” in Greenlandic. The view is unique and the surroundings are something very special. We enjoy lunch with a view of the Sermilik fjord, and if time permits, you can take a short walk through the village.
After our stop in Tiniteqilaaq, we sail back to Tasiilaq.
