The original Greenlandic cuisine is varied and heavy in proteins. This is one of the reasons we have survived the Arctic for millennia. Come have a taste!

Choosing to stay at an Inuk hostel is a wonderful cultural experience in itself. The setting is stunning, with views of the Nuuk landmark, the mountain “Sermitsiaq,” and the vast Nuuk Fjord, which has numerous ice caps at its base.

On this excursion, we go to the rocks outside the Inuk Hostels, and we will grill and roast Greenlandic fish, seal, or caribou while admiring the breathtaking scenery.

During the barbecue, we will tell you about Greenlandic plants and foods like fish, meats, etc.
