At Team Diskobay Tours, we are proud to have a large pack of Greenlandic sled dogs as part of our family, who play a crucial role in both our winter and summer adventures. These extraordinary dogs are more than just draft dogs; they are living symbols of the Arctic’s rich history and culture.

In winter, our dogs show the way on exciting dog sled rides through the fantastic Greenlandic landscape. Whether you join us on an unforgettable tour or simply watch them in action, you will witness the incredible bond between humans and these beautiful dogs – a bond that dates back thousands of years.

But our dogs are not just for winter! In the summer we focus on raising awareness of the importance of preserving the arctic sled dog breed, with less than 10,000 dogs left in Greenland today. We invite visitors to meet our dogs up close, learn about their history and understand their deep connection to the people of the Arctic. During your visit, you will get to see traditional dog sled equipment, hear fascinating stories from our personal experiences, and of course meet lots of happy and confident sled dogs eager to be petted and cuddled.

Our goal is to share the importance of these amazing dogs while providing a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone. We guide you on how to interact with our dogs and ensure that you are comfortable throughout your visit.
