Experience the beutiful Northern Lights from the sea, away from the artificial light.
Join us on an unforgettable journey into the heart of Greenland’s natural beauty as we sail in a closed boat through the ice-filled waters around Ilulissat. On this two-hour trip, you’ll experience one of nature’s most fascinating phenomena: the Northern Lights, also known as Aurora Borealis.
From the comfort of the warm and enclosed boat, you’ll get a perfect view of the magical light show dancing across the dark night sky. As we slowly make our way through Ilulissat’s spectacular icefjord, surrounded by colossal icebergs, the sky will glow in shades of green, purple and blue. Our experienced guide will share stories and science about the Northern Lights and ensure you get the most out of this magical night.
The tour lasts approximately two hours, giving you time to immerse yourself in both the Arctic silence and the breathtaking nature while enjoying the sight of the colourful waves of the Northern Lights. On this journey, you will also have the opportunity to capture unique images of both the Northern Lights and the majestic shapes of the icebergs.
Participants: Please note that the excursion will only take place if a minimum of 4 tickets are booked in total. For example, if you book 2 tickets, at least 2 additional tickets must be sold to other customers for the trip to proceed. A maximum of 6 people will participate.
