NuukKap is an extreme tour, where we hike/run 110 km. The tour is completed in three days.

There will be two information meetings before the race in NUIF (https://goo.gl/maps/5furKiKn9BWCj8539) on June 01 and June 29. Everyone is welcome.

The tour is very demanding and includes mountain and terrain running. It is expected that you are in good physical shape and have a good mental and psychological health. It is expected that you keep a fast pace to be able to complete the stages, so you can have time to rest for the next day’s race.

Please note that if it has been raining, it can be slippery, so proper footwear is essential.
