What could possibly be better than playing in the snow on a Greenlandic holiday? Come join us for sledding down hills and enjoy a hot beverage! On this activity, you will slide the hills of Qaqortoq with different choices of sledges, such as sealskin and cure board.
We will meet at our grandmothers’ house, where we choose our sledges, and walk to the sledging place where we will stay for 2 hours. In this activity you will get a cup of hot chocolate or coffee.
Notes:
– We recommend layering clothes, as it might get hot when moving around, but cold when sitting still.
– Sun against the white snow, or bright weather might cause difficulty seeing textures in snow or hurt your eyes, please bring sunglasses, or ski glasses if possible.
– We recommend applying sunscreen as the sun is always in the sky.
– Please keep in mind that we are walking to the sledding place.
– Hot chocolate and/or coffee is included.

Participants: Please note that the excursion will only take place if a minimum of 4 tickets are booked in total. For example, if you book 2 tickets, at least 2 additional tickets must be sold to other customers for the trip to proceed.
