Experience the magical colors of the sky while sailing amongst the majestic icebergs of Disko Bay in the clear arctic night.
The boat trip is 2 hours long in Disko Bay area on board a quality steel boat from Disko Line – Greenland’s largest passenger shipping company.
There will be a guide on board the boat and will provide information about the aurora borealis along the way.
There will be served hot chocolate with marshmallows during the trip.
There will be a shuttle to the boat before departure and return to the Disko Line Explorer office after the trip.
DURATION: 2 hours
SEASON: The trip takes place in October and March. Remember warm clothes.
NOTE: We only sail out when the weather forecast calls for a clear sky giving us the best chance of seeing the lights. We can therefore be required to cancel in the last minute if it gets cloudy. We will then to our best ability try and rebook for another day.
