Wilderness Cabin By Ilulissat Local Guide

We offer accommodation in our summer cottage in Disko Bay with icebergs floating by.

Our cabin is approx. 24 km from Ilulissat in Akuliarusinnguaq where you can see the village of Oqaatsut (Rodebay) from the cabin, from where you can do some fantastic hiking and angling. and the cabin is with a small kitchen area and sleeping space for up to 4 people to share.

Sleeping bags and inner bags are provided along with an introduction to the cabin and nearby hiking trails. Please note that you have to cook in the cabin yourself and we recommend that you bring all provisions with you from Ilulissat.

The cabin is, as I said, a traditional cabin located in the middle of arctic nature.
We have no running water or installed electricity. There is gas available and a dry toilet.

Return transfer: can be booked through Arctic Excursions (Remember to do this before you leave)

Boat transfer: return trip – transfer from Ilulissat to the cabin by boat
Sleeping bags: Sleeping bags and inner bags
Gas and petroleum
