Experience a daytour on a snowmobile and dogsledding to the glacier with Ilulissat Escape
The daytour to the glacier starts from Ilulissat with a snowmobile ride. We pick up at your hotel and arrange transfer with a snowmobile ride. This part takes approx. 1 hour and is around 25 kilometers.
After the transfer with a snowmobile on 25 km the dogsled ride starts on the sea ice in the UNESCO protected area. This is the same place where local fishermen start their day. From here, we take you on a dogsled ride to the amazing glacier.
When you arrive at the front of the glacier, you will spend time on the ice and enjoy a cup of coffee.
After the dogsled ride on approximately 2,5 – 3 hours, we bring you back to Ilulissat Icefiord Lodge. The lodge with peaceful surroundings and a stunning view to the glacier.
